EVENT DAY

Performer Check-in | Please check in at the information booth located under the pavilion at the Crosby Family Confluence Park. The pavilion will be marked with an “information” sign.

Arrive at least 15 mins early | Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If your act needs time to unload instruments or gear in advance of your performance, please arrive sooner so that our team can assist you in unloading your vehicle near the stage.

Please be patient | Our team is run entirely by volunteers who are doing their best to produce this event. Changes, adjustments and possible delays may occur, but we’ll do our best to avoid them. At the end of the day we’re all working to create a safe, celebratory and uplifting experience for everyone.
