Yoga in the park is back! Join us every Thursday evening in August.
Sadie Best will guide an all-levels Yoga practice outside. Yoga incorporates meditation, movement, and breathwork designed to unify the mind and body. Flows will incorporate mat work, standing, and balance postures.
The goal of this series is accessibility. We are invited to the mat to explore what it means to do something “hard” vs. something “soft” – something “new” vs. something “familiar” – something “easy” vs. something “challenging” and explore all aspects of experience with a loving and open mind. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping into yoga for the first time, there will be a satisfying and appropriate path for you to explore.
